Last weekend I found an excellent website that allows us to keep track of the exercise we're getting. I've seen others, but this one is exceptionally good, I think. It not only focuses on a few types of activities, but several. It also calculates "stuff" and allows us to compare progress. Funny! it even keeps tracks of shoes and much more, if you want it.
